Alicia Grout, Member Service Specialist, Q4 2025 CARES Winner
Alicia Grout, Member Service Specialist Floater,
Q4 2025 CARES Winner

Alicia first began her career with UMassFive in June 2023 when she was hired as a Retail Floater, working to assist and cover staffing shortages at all of the various retail locations, before being promoted to Member Service Specialist, Floater in July 2025.

Here is what coworkers had to say about Alicia:

  • Alicia is always willing to step up when needed and she is extremely flexible when covering other branches. She is friendly and thorough when helping members as well as colleagues. I know I can count on Alicia and always look forward to seeing her when she covers! She embodies all of our Core Values and has performed in the promoted role of MSS-Floater tremendously.
  • Alicia has provided outstanding member service throughout Q4. She seamlessly assisted our Contact Center during the online banking conversion, getting rave reviews from members and teammates alike. Alicia possesses the skills needed to de-escalate and bring reassurance to members in times of high anxiety—the feedback from members alone in Q4 supports just how Alicia goes above and beyond for each and every member.
Rosaleen Quinn
Rosaleen Quinn, Consumer Lending Underwriter,
Q1 2026 CARES Winner

Rosaleen is one of our longest tenured employees, joining the Credit Union roster as a Consumer Loan Officer back in June 1997. She’s been a core part of the Consumer Lending department ever since, though that position now has the title of Consumer Lending Underwriter.

Here is what coworkers had to say about Rosaleen:

  • As Rosaleen heads to her final months here at the Credit Union, she deserves recognition for her continued member support through the 29 years that she has been here. Through all of the years, Rosaleen has taken the time to talk with members, educate them about credit, and make many friendships. She has been a coworker who is always willing to aid when needed, and a Credit Union advocate. Let’s all wish Rosaleen a happy retirement!
  • Rosaleen is a responsive and committed advocate for the Credit Union members. She is a wonderful person who adds value to every transaction and interaction with members.

Congratulations to Alicia & Rosaleen for this well-deserved award! We are fortunate to have such dedicated employees.
