For Mick, hospitality is more than a profession, it’s a lifelong passion built on relationships, hard work, and community. As chief operator and executive chef of the Log Cabin Banquet & Meeting House, the Delaney House, and the D. Hotel Suites & Spa, he oversees some of Western Massachusetts’ most iconic gathering places, serving thousands of guests each year. 

Mick relies on the Credit Union to help support the many moving pieces of his growing businesses.
