In response to the incident, TruStage has proactively shut down portions of its network and systems as part of its containment and recovery efforts. The company is working diligently to restore services as quickly and safely as possible.
At this time, TruStage has not confirmed that any data has been compromised. The investigation is ongoing, and additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
Protect Yourself from Scams
Cybersecurity incidents can sometimes lead to an increase in phishing attempts and other fraudulent activity. As a precaution, please remember:
- Do not respond to unsolicited phone calls, emails, or text messages requesting payment, banking information, passwords, or other personal information.
- Be cautious of unexpected messages claiming to be from TruStage or another trusted organization.
- Verify requests by contacting the organization directly using official contact information.
